Energy service providers have had just as much FUN with our dollars as the Banks have. Deregulation has allowed Energy providers to charge what they want and still not work to improve infrastructure. The service charges alone currently make up near HALF your gas or electric bill.
Service for what, current Green Programs from the likes of PSE&G and other energy giants claim you can buy -CLEAN ENERGY- for a few cents over current kwatt prices. Great way to feel green NOT
The truth is our current energy grid is a generation away from knowing good energy from dirty energy and most of the time your paying extra for NOTHING.
The companies that even the government points to for -Clean Energy- programs are consortiums of Energy companies or owned by the company that does most of the CRM/and booking work for the energy industry. They are paying them selves to make it look like you are helping the planet.
Yes it was Bush and the Republicans that let them lie like this to us.
